I have so much to say after these 5 months holy shit

SO

The universe is still being a trashrat as my life hasn't gotten any easier, I still have school to battle, I still have life stresses and I'm still trying to find a way to treat my declining mental [and at the moment, kinda physical] health

But that doesn't mean its been all rainclouds since I've been gone!

While the world was beating me down, I was fortunate enough to have the support of my friends and my girlfriend, because god bless their souls they made December to now so worth it. It was enough to let me recover from the absolute shambles 2021 left me in, and enough to warrant my confidence coming back and me lifting this hiatus

I have artwork I will be posting later on today [I shouldn't even be typing this I should be prepping for losing teeth lmao] that I am really proud of! So sharp eye!

Now who wants cake :D

BEEN A NICE 2 MONTHS HM?

I have completely fallen off the face of the planet for 2 months, atleast on Newgrounds. Given the mass inactivity, I'm just going to bite the bullet and say I'm going on an indefinite hiatus.

The reasons are a bit long but to boil it down; messy connections.

And to turn said boil into room temperature explanation, I felt manipulated to join NG in the first place.

Don't get me wrong, Newgrounds is a great site and I do like it, but the connections I have with it are just a bit too much to handle, and a part of me moving on from something does include cutting baggage away from here.

That's about as much info as I'm giving since I feel as if I'll make myself extremely upset if I say any more.

Another reason is I've been slaving away at school these past two months so it's not like I would have had proper access anyway, I need to keep my grades up especially considering I'm moving in March of 2022.

Do I see myself returning to Newgrounds?

Yes, actually, as I said, this site is amazing and I hold nothing against it as a site

Will you be back any time soon?

Emphasis on any time soon, which at the moment is no, I still need to recover.

Another thing that's been occupying my time is my work on the Date-Night Masses mod, which does need a lot of my focus alongside school

I've gotten Clip Studio as a program and haven't made anything post-worthy until today so I'm sorry about the silence! Hopefully things will look better soon

I hopped onto NG just now and went through the art portal and realized all the rating colours appeared to be swapped.?

E rating is a magenta/red

T rating is green (which confuses me the most)

M rating is cyan.?

and A rating is a really deep navy blue???????
